Most people open a stock account as not to confuse with what is and what isn't stock. They have rules that when someone uses your stock they must put a link in your comment and give you credit. Here is an example of a wonderful stock account.
If you don't want to go to all that trouble you could just give your consent to whom ever you wanted.

I guess I should also mention that when you upload you should put it under stock so when a search is run it will find it.
